Welcome to fleetlogi. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our scheduling and tracking solutions designed for local delivery and logistics fleets. By using our platform, digital materials, or hardware, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Scheduling and Tracking Platform

fleetlogi provides a cloud-based platform for efficient route planning, real-time tracking, and performance analytics. Access is granted through subscription plans described on our website.

3. Digital Products

fleetlogi offers digital guides, training modules, and analytics reports available for purchase. These items are delivered electronically and can be accessed via your account dashboard.

4. Physical Products

We supply GPS devices and related accessories to integrate with our platform. Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Services

All subscription fees must be paid in advance. If you are dissatisfied with a service plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of initial activation. To initiate a refund request or to arrange a reschedule of training sessions, please contact us. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment channel within 10 business days. Certain promotional plans or custom integrations are non-refundable due to the resources allocated during setup.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital items may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and if no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, please contact us. Approved refunds will be credited to your payment channel within 10 business days. After access or download, all sales are final.

5.3 Physical Products

If a device remains unused and in its original packaging, you may send it back for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for sending back the item are the responsibility of the purchaser. After we receive the package and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment channel within 10 business days. Customized hardware orders are not eligible for refund due to specialized assembly.

6. Modifications to Terms

fleetlogi may update these terms at any time. We will post changes on our website and indicate the updated date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
